The Chief Minister of Karnataka, Basavaraj Bommai, announced on Friday, i.e, June 24 that a giant 108 ft bronze statue of Nadaprabhu Kempegowda, who is believed to be the founder of Bangalore will soon be unveiled at the Kempegowda International Airport. It weighs nearly 220 tonnes and will be uncovered along with the inauguration of Terminal 2.
