As the United States prepares to mark its 250th anniversary, United Airlines is taking the celebrations to the skies with a striking new aircraft design inspired by the American flag. 

The carrier has unveiled a special “Stars and Stripes” livery that will appear on two aircraft this summer, a Boeing 787-10 and a Boeing 737-800.
