The state-of-the-art facility will have all modern trappings, such as VIP check-in, swanky dining space, duty-free shopping, private relaxation areas, alongside dedicated prayer rooms.
Qatar Airways’ upcoming JFK lounge may provide direct access to the boarding gate for international flights from New York to India and other countries, much like Etihad Airways’ US Pre-clearance lounge in Abu Dhabi. Currently, John F. Kennedy Airport houses several airlines lounges including Delta Sky Club, Lufthansa Senator Lounge, Emirates Lounge, Virgin Atlantic Club House, Alaska Lounge, and Air India Maharaja Lounge (under renovation), but neither of these JFK lounges offers direct boarding facility.

Airlines shifting their New York operations to JFK Airport’s New Terminal One
Other than Qatar Airways, Turkish Airlines, Air France, Etihad Airways, KLM, EVA Air, Korean Air, Air New Zealand, Scandinavian Airlines (SAS), and Lot Polish Airlines will shift their base to the brand new Terminal One in 2026.
