It is important to understand these free Emirates hotel booking rules before planning your USA-India trip via Dubai, as the offer cannot be applied outside the defined booking and travel guidelines.
- The offer is valid for Emirates Airlines’ itineraries except the ones originating in the UAE, Afghanistan, Israel, and Sudan.
- Only new bookings made during the offer validity period (22 June to 12 July 2026) are eligible for the offer.
- The offer is valid for round-trip flight tickets. One-way travel bookings are not eligible.

Booking the Emirates complimentary hotel stay is simple, but it must be arranged after you confirm your flight ticket. Follow the step-by-step process:
- Open Indian Eagle website and search for US-India itineraries for travel dates within 30 September 2026. Select Emirates Airlines from the left-side filter and review Emirates flight deals.
- Select your preferred itinerary for a round trip, enter passenger details carefully, and make payment to complete the booking.
- Once you receive booking confirmation, send an email to EmiratesOffer@emirates.com with your flight booking reference, arrival date in Dubai, passenger names, contact number, and email address to receive hotel confirmation.

- You must claim the free Dubai stay offer at least 96 hours prior to your arrival in Dubai or before 26 September 2026, whichever is earlier.
