Hi Rajiv! The pre-departure guidelines are the same. You are required to take an RT-PCR test within 72 hours before traveling from SFO, fill out a self-declaration form on Air Suvidha, and upload the negative RT-PCR test report as well as your vaccination certificate on Air Suvidha. If you are found symptomatic in COVID-19 surveillance at Delhi or Kochi Airport, you will have to take a self-paid RT-PCR test. 7 days in home quarantine and taking a rapid antigen test on day 8 are mandatory for all international arrivals in Kerala. Regarding your inability to receive any SMS or OTP in San Francisco, you can call the helpline of Delhi International Airport and the helpline of Kerala Government (https://covid19jagratha.kerala.nic.in/)

I intend to return to my home in Kochi, Kerala from San Francisco on 20Feb 2022 and was wondering what are the current regulations on the subject. I shall be transiting Via Delhi, from where i will be boarding the next flight to Kochi Airport within 2 hours of landing. At present, i do not have SMS facility in SanFrancisco and I am unable to receive any SMS or OTP. How should i register in theses two portals namely SUVIDHA and JAGRATHA?
Kindly help me with these nagging doubts.

Thanks for the prompt response. Does he have to undergo any test after landing in Trivandrum airport? Also, he will be travelling by road into Tamil Nadu(after couple of days stay in Tvdm). Any travel travel requirements for road travel between Kerala & Tamil Nadu?
