24-Hour Trip Hold: American Airlines AAdvantage Program members can now hold American Airlines flights free of charge for up to 24 hours. This provides flexibility in decision-making before booking.

Flexible Cancellation Policy

AAdvantage customers will be allowed to cancel non-refundable Basic Economy tickets and get a partial trip credit, subject to a cost, starting later in January. This added feature gives members more flexibility when it comes to their travel schedules.
