JetBlue is refreshing its premium travel experience with updated Mint dining and reusable amenity kits. Mint passengers can expect restaurant-inspired meals and puffer-style bags designed for continued use after the flight.
JetBlue’s New York-Inspired Mint Menus
JetBlue has partnered with New York restaurants Crown Shy and Birdee to update its onboard dining. The new Mint menu will begin appearing on select domestic and transatlantic flights from July 31, 2026.
Birdee, a Brooklyn bakery and all-day café, will provide breakfast-inspired dishes. Crown Shy, a Michelin-starred restaurant in Manhattan, will influence the lunch and dinner selections. The chefs adapted each restaurant-inspired dish for preparation and service on board an aircraft.
What Is Included in the New Mint Menu?
Breakfast options inspired by Birdee include:
- Strawberries-and-cream croissant
- Mochi waffle with butter and maple syrup
- Shakshuka with feta
- Bacon, egg and cheese sandwich on a Parker House roll
Lunch and dinner options inspired by Crown Shy include:
- Citrus-marinated chicken
- Pork katsu
- Razor-clam chowder
- Sweet-potato lasagnette
- Parker House roll with olive labne
Dessert choices include a chocolate tart, strawberry olive-oil shortcake and a warm chocolate-chip cookie. The menus will also identify vegetarian, dairy-free, gluten-free and nut-free options, helping travelers select dishes based on their dietary needs.
JetBlue plans to introduce additional menu concepts from Red Hook Tavern and Hometown Bar-B-Que in early 2027. Available meals may vary by route, departure time, travel date and menu rotation.
