Experience MCO Visitor Pass and Entry Protocol

Once an application receives TSA approval, an email notification awaits the fortunate visitor. This email contains the coveted Experience MCO Visitor Pass, a digital gateway to the airside experience. To gain entry, visitors must present this pass alongside a valid photo ID at the TSA security checkpoint. This streamlined protocol ensures a seamless transition from the public to the secure side of Terminal C. However, travelers holding TSA Precheck and/or CLEAR privileges should note that these programs are not applicable with the visitor pass.

Guests applying for entry on the same day will receive a response within 15 minutes of their application. Those who choose to schedule their visit in advance will receive confirmation after midnight on their chosen date. Once approved, a digital pass will be emailed to the guest. Printed passes are not permitted. To gain entry, visitors must carry TSA-approved identification, such as a passport or driver’s license.

While expedited security programs like MCO Reserve, CLEAR, or TSA PreCheck are a breeze for frequent flyers, they won’t grant access alongside the Terminal C visitor pass. Operating Hours and Exit Time

Visitors with the Terminal C visitor pass are welcome between 10 AM and 4 PM. However, it’s essential to note that all guests must exit Terminal C by 8 PM to ensure a smooth operation of the program. Furthermore, If you plan to meet passengers arriving on international flight tickets at Terminal C, consider waiting outside of security on level 6 of the terminal.
