American Airlines is taking its premium travel experience to the next level at Dallas Fort Worth International Airport (DFW). The carrier has announced several upgrades, including a dedicated Flagship Check-in at DFW, its largest-ever Admirals Club lounge, and a new grab-and-go lounge concept for Terminal F.
Dedicated Flagship Check-In at DFW
Eligible passengers will soon enjoy a dedicated Flagship Check-in at DFW in Terminal D. The new facility will open later this year near the D30 security checkpoint. The exclusive check-in area is designed to make the airport experience faster and more comfortable. Travelers will have access to:
- A private check-in area
- Personalized assistance from airline staff
- Faster access to security screening
- A smoother journey from curb to departure gate
The new Flagship Check-in at DFW joins similar premium facilities already available at select American Airlines hubs.
Largest-Ever Admirals Club Lounge at DFW
One of the biggest highlights of the project is a new 37,000-square-foot Admirals Club lounge in Terminal C. Located near the Terminal C Skylink station, the lounge will become the largest Admirals Club in the American Airlines network.
The space is designed for both relaxation and productivity. Travelers can choose from different seating areas, quiet workspaces, and comfortable lounges before boarding their flights. The new lounge will also feature upgraded dining and beverage options, including:
- Chef-inspired meals
- Expanded all-day dining choices
- Premium charcuterie selections
- Specialty cocktails and premium spirits
- Champagne Bollinger
- Lavazza coffee
- Local beverage options
The airline says these additions are part of its broader effort to improve the airport lounge experience across its network.
Provisions by Admirals Club Coming to Terminal F

American Airlines will also introduce Provisions by Admirals Club in the future Terminal F. Unlike a traditional lounge, this facility is designed for travelers who prefer a quick stop before boarding. Passengers can expect:
- Fresh grab-and-go food
- Premium beverages
- Travel essentials
- Fast and convenient service
The Terminal F facility will serve as the first premium lounge offering in the airport’s newest terminal, with additional premium services expected in future development phases.
DFW Remains American Airlines’ Largest Hub
Dallas Fort Worth International Airport continues to play a vital role in American Airlines’ operations. The airport handles more than 930 peak daily departures and serves as the airline’s largest connecting hub. More than 30% of American Airlines’ daily connecting passengers and checked baggage move through DFW, making it the airline’s most important hub.
Alongside the new Flagship Check-in at DFW, American Airlines is also investing in terminal upgrades, electronic boarding gates, and expanded airport facilities.
