International Flights Latest News: Starting 3 November 2021, Air India will run Delhi to Chicago flights 7 times a week to facilitate air travel between India and USA. The airline took to its official Twitter page to announce the increase in Delhi-Chicago flight frequency from 6 weekly flights to 7 weekly flights, effective from 3 November 2021 to 3 March 2022. This announcement comes only a day after the White House stated that the US would reopen to fully vaccinated travelers from 8 November.
The two pieces of good news – US reopening for international travelers from 33 countries, including India and Air India increasing the frequency of Delhi-Chicago flights – coming in a span of 2 days is providing much relief to travelers intending to fly to the US from India. Bookings for these additional flights are already open, and you can trust Indian Eagle for a hassle-free booking of Air India’s DEL-ORD flights.
Earlier in August, Air India increased the India-US flight frequency to 21 flights per week. The airline is currently operating maximum nonstop flights to New York (JFK and EWR), followed by Chicago and San Francisco. These India-US flights are being operated under the air bubble agreement between the countries.
The national carrier also stated that passengers can now book tickets for Air India’s India-US flights till 29th October 2022.
