The article initially says 6 cm more legroom in Air India, and then later by mistake it says 6 “inches” more legroom. Please correct the error.

united cancels its flights more often out of india Check its record in 2019 ….leg room is less on united than on airindia. I know the united crew is better but Instead of looking at a smily face of crew member i would rather be comfortable in my seat and rest for 16 hours. besides i am a frequent flyer United iteself gives you free tickets on airindia instead of united airlines if you go for lowest econnomy award ticket even if there are seats on united…..they charge double the miles to fly on united….. besides food on airindia is top quality and if you are coming to india from sfo you can connect well to other cities in india…….

I personally would never prefer to travel with Air India, many reasons including its reputation, customer service, fees, baggage limits, air hostess, delays, compensation, etc, etc…..

The author of this article has no clue what (s)he is talking about! If you think it’s the pitch and fare I am going to consider for a long haul flight, you’re dead wrong! There’s a reason why AI isn’t ranked in the top 25 airlines in the world and hardly gets 2-star ratings from Skytrax. Train your crew and keep it clean. Air India, one of the most pathetic airlines in the world, should be put out of its misery!

Food served in AI is so bad even my pet wouldn’t touch it. And there are hundreds of complaints about dirt seats, toilets, smelly cabin, rude crews and horrible baggage handling services. Reason why I pay twice the amount and fly Qatar, Singapore or Emirates business. And let me tell you business class in AI ain’t any cheaper if your flying dates are closer for booking.

Both US and AI are Star Alliance partners. While UA isn’t fancy either, but at least it maintains the hygiene, cleanliness, smiles, comfort and much better food. So yeah, you might have gotten paid by AI to write this piece and befool your Indian customers but I am not falling for it.
