Expired h1b visa stamping, valid h1 extn approval and valid Advance Parole for reentry to USA

Do I need transit visa for 16 hour overnight layover?

I have a us visa but an india passport and i am planning to go to back to new delhi (india) from newyork and i will have a connecting flight from newyork to new delhi with a layover of 21 hrs in japan. I want to go out of the airport ,do i need to apply for transit visa and how can i apply for it.

Hi! I am planning to travel from JFK to Delhi with a stop in Haneda airport for 18.5 hrs. I checked with the airlines the terminal remains the same. (I have a valid US visa and I am an Indian passport holder). Will I need a transt visa?

Hello ,

I have a flight from Del to Tokyo’s Haneda landing at terminal 3 at 6 Am. The lay over is 10.5 hours and the next flight leaves from Tokyo’s Haneda Terminal 3 to SFO. Both flights are Japan Airlines ( landing and leaving from Haneda to/from terminal 3 ) Do I require transit Visa in this case ? I don’t wish to exit the airport .

Would appreciate your response .
