However, the people of Indian origin who are naturalized citizen of USA cannot travel on tourist visa. This regulation absolutely makes no sense. This is a fatal mistake on the part of Indian Government.

The people of Indian origin should always be welcomed to travel to India. They bring thousands of US dollars to Indian economy. Spherically, if the persons of Indian origin who received both doses of vaccines, India should be aaaaallowed to travel on tourist visa.
