My wife is in India since Dec. 29 on a six-month emergency visa. This is expiring on April 27, 2022. My father is sick and she needs to stay there. She has 10 years valid visa which is now again reinstated by the Government of India. Can she go to a neighboring country and re-enter India on 10 years visa to stay there more. Please advise.

Hello, I am Swati, I have to apply for the new OCI as earlier I had Tanzanian nationality and now I am USA citizen , I got my USA passport in December. I have filled up my form A and B and have got the File reference number to submit it to VFS. I want to travel to India in June but just in case my OCI doesnt arrive by that time can I stil travel to India ?
