i have layover more than 12hrs in abudabi and not intended to go out of airport and explore abudabi do i need to take transit visa or not

i booked an etihad flight with a stopver of 4 days flying wth the kids, When i m trying to select the stopver option for 2 days, it says “Invalid PNR”, whereas my spouse on a similar flight date but a seperate iternary is able to see the option. Both are tickets are same economy saver class. what could possibly be wrong?

Travelling from London to Oman via Abu Dhabi International Airport, Etihad Airline has rescheduled the flight and the layover time from 4 hours to 28 hours !! Do I qualified for free accommodation ( Hotel ) !

You are eligible for Etihad's free Abu Dhabi stopover program if you have a valid visa by the time you travel and if you have a confirmed onward flight ticket to travel from Abu Dhabi to the final destination. Once you are done buying Etihad flight tickets, you can call and check with the airline regarding your eligibility for the program.
