As per the Delhi airport latest update<\/a>, Indira Gandhi International Airport is soon to surpass the Atlanta airport as the world’s largest aviation hub in terms of more passengers. The Indian aviation industry has been experiencing remarkable growth under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The infrastructure development of Indian airports has been exponential. Over the past nine years, India has constructed 74 airports including domestic and international both. Among these airports, the Indira Gandhi International Airport (IGIA) in Delhi stands as the largest and busiest, catering to both domestic and international flights. There has been a steady increase in the airport’s capacity in recent years, and after the Covid-19 pandemic, it has risen to become one of the largest airports globally.<\/span><\/p>
