Transportation Security Administration (TSA) Rules for Colognes or Other Liquids<\/b><\/h2>\n

As per TSA’s 3-1-1 rule, all carry-on liquids, including gels, lotions, and aerosols, must not exceed 3.4 ounces (100 ml). If you keep fluids in receptacles more than that, you must put them in your checked-in baggage in case they are medically essential.<\/span><\/p>\n

Cologne has no packing requirements in checked luggage, but because they are classified as unsafe items, the quantity of each bottle should not exceed 17 ounces (500 ml). However, almost all fragrance bottles do not cross this limit and hence it won\u2019t be an issue. In fact, all fluid and aerosol medication, nasal sprays, massaging liquor, sanitizer, and nail polish are subject to this regulation. Similarly, the fragrance bottle’s release mechanism must be covered by a lid to avoid leakages. Also, you are only allowed to carry 68 ounces (2 liters) of total liquid products in your luggage.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
