India is famous for colorful festivals and Jagannath Rath Yatra is one of the most special. Every year in Puri, Odisha, millions of people gather to see Lord Jagannath, Lord Balabhadra, and Goddess Subhadra ride on huge wooden chariots. Devotees pull these chariots along Bada Danda toward the Gundicha Temple. The festival gives devotees a chance to see the deities closely and participate in the sacred procession.<\/span><\/p>\n
