The Dum Biriyani is essentially a rice dish that is made with the use of ingredients like tender meat (typically Chicken or Lamb) or vegetables along with rare Indian spices that is cooked on slow flame in a utensil. Interestingly, the Hyderabadi Dum Biriyani is so popular country-wide that it gives a stiff competition to the Lucknowi Biriyani which has its origins from Lucknow.<\/p>\n
