Air India is on the road to become the leading airline across the world. The airline has been taking initiatives to not only improve its services but also enhance its fleet. Be it the introduction of AI chatbot for customer support, addition of new destinations or inclusion of advanced Airbus A350 aircraft, the airline has been constantly working on improving passenger experience. Now a whopping $400 million would be spent on Air India cabin upgrade in an attempt to modernize its fleet.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>
