Cochin International Airport, also known as Nedumbassery Airport, is a main gateway to Kerala, India. It is located about 25 km northeast of Kochi’s busy city center. It is well known not only for its modern amenities but also for being the first airport in India to be developed under a public-private partnership (PPP) model. Due to its innovative approach, Cochin International Airport has grown to be Kerala’s busiest airport and an important hub for both domestic and international flights. The airport, which has three main passenger terminals, is suitably designed to accommodate the increasing number of passengers that arrive at the gates each year.<\/span><\/p>
