But now there are reports that Air India may go ahead by starting <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">flights to Los Angeles and Dallas<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. The two cities may likely connect the capital city of Delhi. According to many <a href=\"https:\/\/www.indianeagle.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Indian Eagle travel<\/a> passengers, the large Indian diaspora in these cities, and the lack of direct flights on these routes may have driven this decision. The new services are expected to commence <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">before the end of 2024<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. The <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Boeing 777 aircraft<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> from the Air India fleet will most likely be utilized for the new flights.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Air India also plans to introduce nonstop flights to Bangalore from London Gatwick next month.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Air India passengers traveling from the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.indianeagle.com\/cheap-flights-to-india-from-usa\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">USA to India<\/a> or vice versa may benefit from this if they choose to fly via London. The airline will likely use <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Boeing 787 Dreamliners<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> featuring <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">18 business class<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">238 economy seats<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> on this route.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Air_India_Fleet_Expansion\"><\/span><b>Air India Fleet Expansion<\/b><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Interestingly, Air India aims to deploy its A350 aircraft for flights to continental North America eventually. From <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">September 1<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, the passenger-favorite <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Airbus A350-900 <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">will replace the iconic <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Boeing 777-300ER<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Boeing 787-8 Dreamliner<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> on the <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Delhi-London Heathrow route<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Currently, the <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.indianeagle.com\/traveldiary\/this-world-class-airport-in-middle-east-is-air-india-a350-900s-first-international-destination\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Airbus A350<\/span><\/i><\/a><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> operates<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> on the <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Delhi-Dubai <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">and <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mumbai-Dubai<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> routes. Notably, the airline&#8217;s fleet now includes <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">six A350s<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">With new US destinations Dallas and Los Angeles, Air India aims to expand its operations.
