Due to this passenger-focused initiative, the baggage delivery systems at Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata, Chennai, Hyderabad, and Bengaluru have significantly improved. Over 90% of passengers now receive their luggage within 30 minutes of their flight&#8217;s arrival. Outdated equipment, inefficient services, and inadequate monitoring were considered as major issues. A comprehensive plan was also put in place to address these challenges. New, state-of-the-art equipment was installed to streamline the baggage handling process. Services were also revamped and strict monitoring protocols were established to ensure efficiency. The goal was clear: baggage must be delivered to passengers within 30 minutes of the aircraft&#8217;s arrival.
