The new DFW airport lounge offers local food, drinks, workspaces, wellness services, family areas, and a Texas-inspired whiskey lounge. It is one of the largest Chase Sapphire Lounges in the United States.

Where Is the Lounge at DFW?

You will find the Chase Sapphire Lounge after security in Terminal D, near Gate D25, at DFW Airport. Travelers flying from another terminal can use the Skylink train to reach Terminal D without leaving the secure area. However, travelers should allow extra time to return to their departure gate. DFW is a large airport with five terminals, so checking the gate and travel time before visiting the lounge is important.

What Does the New Chase Sapphire Lounge Offer?

The split-level lounge covers around 18,000 square feet. Chase has divided the space into separate areas for dining, working, resting, and spending time with family. The lounge features:

• Comfortable seating and work areas
• High-speed Wi-Fi
• Private rest pods and shower suites
• A family room and children’s play area
• A private nursing room
• Complimentary 30-minute Face Haus facials, subject to availability
• A dedicated Texas whiskey lounge

The lounge also includes Texas-inspired artwork, leather finishes, stone details, and Western-style design elements.

Who Can Access?

Eligible Chase Sapphire Reserve, J.P. Morgan Reserve, Ritz-Carlton Credit Card, and qualifying Chase Sapphire Reserve for Business cardmembers can access the lounge. Travelers need an eligible Chase card or an activated Chase-issued Priority Pass Select membership, along with a valid departing boarding pass. Eligible guests can enter up to three hours before their scheduled flight departure.

Cardmembers can bring up to two guests at no extra cost. Additional guests cost $27 each, while children under two enter free.

Priority Pass Rule for Travelers

Travelers should check their lounge benefits before arriving at DFW. A Priority Pass membership from another credit card company may not provide entry to the Chase Sapphire Lounge.
