Alaska Airlines will introduce a new Main Cabin menu from September 2, 2026. The airline is adding breakfast, lunch, and dinner options inspired by Pacific Northwest food brands and fresh ingredients. Travelers can pre-order these meals through the Alaska Airlines or Hawaiian Airlines mobile app for eligible flights.

Alaska Airlines Adds New Breakfast Options

Alaska Airlines is expanding its breakfast offerings with a continental plate from Seattle-based Ellenos. The Ellenos breakfast plate includes Marionberry yogurt, fresh fruit, and a blueberry tea loaf. The airline will also offer two warm breakfast sandwiches:

• A chicken sausage, fried egg, and Havarti cheese sandwich on a pretzel bun.
• A turkey bacon, fried egg, and Tillamook cheddar sandwich on a brioche bun.

Passengers can order the chicken sausage sandwich on eastbound domestic flights and westbound flights to Hawaii. Alaska Airlines will serve the turkey bacon sandwich on westbound domestic flights and eastbound Hawaii flights.

New Lunch and Dinner Meals in Main Cabin

For lunch, Alaska Airlines is adding an Evergreens spicy kale Caesar salad. The salad includes romaine lettuce, kale, diced chicken breast, grape tomatoes, Caesar dressing,  jalapenos, aged parmesan, sunflower seeds, and fresh lemon.

The new menu also includes a warm tamari tofu bowl. This plant-based meal combines tamari-seasoned tofu, stir-fried vegetables, and basmati rice. It gives travelers another choice when they prefer a meal without meat. Other new options include a chicken salad croissant sandwich  which is served with apple slices and grapes. Alaska Airlines will also offer green curry with chicken on flights to and from Hawaii.

Which Alaska Airlines Flights Will Offer the New Meals?

Meal options can vary by route, flight direction, and distance. The green curry with chicken will only be available on selected flights to and from Hawaii. Travelers should check the menu for their specific flight before choosing a meal.
