My son is a professional working in Houston TX with Ph. D from Clemson University, SC.

I am Professor Retired from IIT Madras and presently working as a Visiting Professor at IIT Gandhinagar. I am also a consultant advising several Govt. Departments and Private Industries like Larsen & Toubro for construction of various infrastructure projects like Metro Train stations, Ports, Building foundations, etc.

Can I be eligible for the Heartland Visa Program?

In reply to Mallika Bachan. HI Mallika! H1B visa holders, even after 6 years, are stuck in the Green Card backlog. But Heartland visa holders may have fair chances for faster green card processing.
