Yes. It says FTI-TTP service is not applicable for age greater then 70.
Also It askes if the if the Home address Matches the address on Passport. US Passports do not show Home address.
Again, in the US it is common for people to move from one place to another. We do not update the Passport every time we move to different places. Even for OCI cards we do not keep updating home address as it is lifetime visa document. US Passports do not have Parent’s Names. Only the last page of OCI card has Parent’s names.

The sign up page does not work. It verifies the phone number but fails to send OTP for email verification. Unless you can log in you can not fill out the form. This sucks!!!!

The website doesn’t allow for addresses outside India which one would assume is very normal requirement given OCI card holders are included there .. Also a lot of Indian passport holders NRIs are long term resident of other countries which means they will get the address of their local residence on their passports .. little disappointing, I couldn’t use it

Unfortunately not available for seniors over 72 yrs. Why the discrimination. I would assume seniors need FTI so they don’t have to stand for hours in line. If they can’t offer FTI to seniors they should open a counter servicing senior citizens exclusively.
