Neck rests are already hard to reach for petite people like myself. Added height would mean further difficulty resting my neck and head. These airlines are monetizing economy seats in stupid ways always compromising comfort.

Often the headrest is not fully reached to its maximum height. It’s difficult to understand the logic of more comfort in a tall seat. It would hinder the rear seat passengers even with a slight reclining.
