But the system is too easy for the grooms to cheat and they don’t even come back india to face the Indian judiciary
They get divorce as exparte without the bride signing for it. The brides neither receives maintenance or Alimony for ruining the Indian girl life. Plus subject to social stigma for being a woman divirce. I feel the law should be very strict and the matter to discuss is the uk court that British guys can’t get exparte if they have abused their wife and have to give as per the Indian judiciary system maintenance and Alimomy
