I am a us oci holder, with gold bars inherited from Indian family.
What restriction on taking this out of India to USA?
Can my wife’s family bring this to us? Any declaration they have to make when departing Indian airport? The gold will not be brought back to India.
Any declaration I have to make if I take it out of India?

If an Indian origin person, is traveling on e-visa, can they carry the gold? OCI has not yet arrived, but traveling on e-visa. Should we carry any documentation to prove we are Indian origin?
