How NRIs holding OCI can stay 182 days in India by leaving their job/family and settled life. It doesn’t make sense/logical. They need to rethink and make amendments. Thanks

At this time, although OCIs are allowed to get an Indian phone and a plan, Airtel and Jio employees and centers have no clue about this. They demand an Aadhar card from OCIs.

Can someone throw more light on this? Aadhar for OCIs, irrespective of 182 day stay. would be great. OCIs go to India a lot. But, asking for 182 days a year is an overkill.
